Fuel flexibility
Operation demonstrated with gasoline, diesel, kerosene, Jet-A, JP-8 and Coleman fuel, without hardware modifications.
Compact power · In development
A family of fuel-flexible generators for small power demands. Designed for field electronics, remote sensors and small unmanned systems where grid access and sunlight are unreliable.

Net electrical output
Engine displacement
Fuel-to-electric efficiency
Preliminary engineering values. Configurations are under development.
Development foundation
The platform couples a reciprocating piston engine to an alternator. Lean combustion and specialized carburetion support efficient small-scale operation and heavy fuels without miniature fuel-injection hardware.
Modeled values, not measured ratings. Ignition timing is normalized.
Operation demonstrated with gasoline, diesel, kerosene, Jet-A, JP-8 and Coleman fuel, without hardware modifications.
Net electrical output, fuel consumption and fuel-to-electric efficiency have been measured, with results compared against model predictions.
Voltage and power control, including load following, have been demonstrated.
Operation of multiple units in parallel is under active development.
Preliminary specifications
Modeled maximum net electrical output for the miniGEN family. Custom configurations can be discussed for other application requirements.
| Model | Displacement | Net electrical power target |
|---|---|---|
| miniGEN-5 | 5 cc | 80 W |
| miniGEN-8 | 8 cc | 120 W |
| miniGEN-12 | 12 cc | 170 W |
| miniGEN-20 | 19 cc | 220 W |
| miniGEN-30 | 27 cc | 290 W |
These values are engineering targets derived from proprietary modeling, not measured ratings or guaranteed production specifications. Values are subject to change as development and testing continue.
Proposed application
A potential onboard charging source for marine platforms, supporting battery recharge between submerged missions.

Concept: operate miniGEN with an intake and exhaust above water to recharge onboard batteries.
Stored electrical energy supports the next submerged mission segment.
Proposed integration. Marine packaging and vehicle-level performance require development and validation.
